Join a 3in1Sports training camp!

During our training camps we take care of your every need. Our camps are led by experienced trainers and stage the most beautiful locations.

A typical training camp day

Wake up with a breakfast run in the woods. Then take a shower and have a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, muesli and power porridge. We smear sunscreen on the legs, fill our water bottles and enjoy the climbs and descents. Back in the crib we enjoy a healthy soup and salad and relax at the pool – after we have trained in it. In the evening we enjoy an extensive dinner and enjoy the sunset.

Locations

Our training camps stage the most beautiful locations from which you can easily access open water or the swimming pool and enjoy fantastic running and biking tracks. Our locations:

Wilgenweard – Nijverdal (Netherlands)
Las Errizas – Alcala del Valle (Spain, Andalusia)
Finca La Padrera – Ca’n Picafort (Spain, Mallorca)
CCR – Aywaille (Belgium)

Meals

We prepare tasty meals that are healthy, vegetarian and as much as possible with local, organic ingredients. So that you can experience how healthy, honest food tastes and what it does to the quality of your training.
